We currently ship to all countries within in the EU. When you order before 14.00 we aim to ship your order the same day. Shipping the same day means it get’s picked up by the delivery service. If you order after 14.00 we will ship it the next day.

So good news, all returns are FREE OF CHARGE! We believe that you should have the freedom to try on your newest purchase and if it doens’t fit you, it doens’t fit you. You don’t need to get punished for that, right?
We also give you 30 days(!) to think about your purchase. So no stress, you have the time.
If you decide to return your order, you can easily notify us by entering your return via our return portal. Be aware that you need to send your return within 14 days after your notified us.
As soon as we received and checked* your return we will start the payment process. The payment will go to the bankingaccount which is used placing the order. When you’ll receive your payment depends on your bankingacocunt but you can expect within 7 working days.
